Annie Verrinder swapped living and working in Mallorca’s vibrant capital, Palma, for the tranquillity and slower pace of life in a rural village near the Serra de Tramuntana mountains. As a wedding planner and celebrant, who loves what she does, Annie knows the whole island well.
In our conversation, Annie talks about her other work as an acupuncturist and couples’ therapist, what she loves about living in the village of Alaró, and why Mallorca is a great place to get married. Annie also has useful advice for anyone thinking of moving to the island and, as a qualified PADI diver, mentions some favourite places for close encounters of the underwater kind.
Be sure to hear the next episode of 'Living in Rural Mallorca', when Australian expat and foodie Kate Brittan talks about her family's life on a Mallorcan farm with 20 acres of land.
